If you have an exist­ing web­site, but are not sat­is­fied with it, you can choose one of our design lay­out options, and we’ll build your Web Col­lec­tion using your exist­ing con­tent (head­shots, resume, videos etc.).

With the under­stand­ing that what makes any actor unique is their resume, head­shots and videos, we cho­sen to fea­ture two design lay­outs that will act as a clean, blank can­vas to allow an actor’s con­tent to take cen­tre stage. Hence, no two actors will have the same look as they’re uniquely different.

In addi­tion, with economies of scale to enable this Web Col­lec­tion to be afford­able, and reduc­ing choice con­fu­sion for clients, these two design lay­outs will allow us to develop an actor’s Web Col­lec­tion effi­ciently and to quickly allow the actor to begin learn­ing how to dis­trib­ute their con­tent via their plat­form – which is most crit­i­cal, instead of the typ­i­cal web­site design process of nit­pick­ing col­ors and elements.

What is my next step after I reg­is­ter for my Web Collection?
You will receive a reg­is­tra­tion con­fir­ma­tion email, along with direc­tions to sub­mit your con­tent to us via a pri­vate web form. The web form is detailed in what we need, and though we pre­fer you send all your con­tent in one sub­mis­sion, we real­ize it may not always be pos­si­ble. In this sit­u­a­tion, you can send addi­tional infor­ma­tion later, but we rec­om­mend enter­ing your name, phone num­ber and email address again so we can asso­ciate your part 2 con­tent with your part 1 content.
What is your return policy?
Please decide care­fully if the Web Col­lec­tion is right for you as this is a ser­vice offered that is time-​intensive. We don’t give refunds sim­ply because you changed your mind or make a wrong deci­sion. At any point between the date of pur­chase and 30 days elapsed, if you decide that the Web Col­lec­tion devel­oped is faulty, wrongly described, or doesn’t do what it is sup­posed to do, you may apply for a full refund in the form of cred­its towards Actor’s Foundry classes. Request­ing a refund at any point beyond that 30 day win­dow voids the refund offer. You must detail your rea­son­ing for request­ing the refund. Actor’s Foundry has the oppor­tu­nity and right to attempt to resolve your com­plaint. If we are unable to resolve your com­plaints, then you will be issued your refund in full in the form of class cred­its. Please retain your pay­ment receipt as proof of purchase.
